Summer classes for high school students

Skidmore's Summer Pre-College Program is a credit-bearing experience for high school students interested in exploring what they could be, study, and do in college. You'll be introduced to an authentic college experience – real classes, real credits, real residential life – with a support system that recognizes you're only just getting started.

No. 7 program in the united statesLet's get Started

We welcome high-achieving, mature, and motivated high school students who share a common interest in preparing for college success. Prospective high school students from the US and abroad who are currently in their sophomore, junior, or senior year are eligible to apply.

Our application opens January 8th and admission is rolling. Students in grades 10-12 are eligible to apply. Courses are filled on a first-enrolled basis, so we recommend applying early.
